Ericsson Ireland Graduate Programme
Positions on our Graduate Scheme are at entry level and so is a perfect way to launch your career, in a challenging yet supportive environment. Our graduates spend the first two weeks in intensive telecommunications training, and will then continue with a mix of shadowing more experienced team members and further role-specific training. After a few months our graduates begin working on their first project or assignment. What roles are available?
Typical graduate roles within Ericsson involve integration and verification of Ericsson products within our customers’ systems; troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
You might be dealing directly with our high profile customers; delivering training or presenting a new business opportunity.
Alternatively you could be working in one of our many software design, test or implementation teams to improve and enhance our products. Whichever role you are assigned to, you will be working within a highly talented, international team who are striving to achieve outstanding results. Who are we looking for?
You will have an honours level degree with minimum grade 2:1 in an Engineering, Computer Science or Project Management-related discipline. Ideally your course will have included some telecommunications modules and you will have gained a basic understanding of the key elements. In addition you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. We need people who are flexible and innovative, and who are willing to work hard to be the best. Some projects will involve extensive overseas travel and will enable you to experience whole new cultures and ways of working. The opportunities are endless.
