Graduate Systems Engineer

You will be assigned a mentor for the first six months to help you out with anything at all; be it related to telecoms, HR policy, or the staff restaurant! 

You will spend the first two weeks in intensive telecommunications training, and will then continue with a mix of shadowing more experienced team members and further role-specific training. After a few months you will be working on your first project or assignment and then it’s over to you to make your mark. 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for talented, motivated graduates with a passion for technology and ambition for the future. You will have an honours level degree with minimum grade 2:1 in an Engineering or Computer Science-related discipline. 

Ideally your course will have included some telecommunications modules and you will have gained a basic understanding of the key elements. 

We need people who are flexible and are willing to do whatever it takes to be the best. What will I be doing? You will be working within one of our dedicated teams to integrate and verify Ericsson products within our local customers’ systems. 

You will be working with both Ericsson and customer engineers in order to fully integrate our products with theirs in the most efficient way. You will be troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
